Who we are
www.pattayahub.co is run by the site owner, who is the data controller.

What we collect
Contact form: name, email, phone and your message.
WhatsApp: your number, profile name and messages you send to the owner.
Listed people: working name, photos and their own WhatsApp number — published only with their consent.
Massage therapists: name, phone and a copy of their certificate — used only to check qualifications and coordinate.
Cookies: essential cookies, plus analytics cookies only if you click Accept.
What we don't do
No payments and no financial data.
We never sell your data.
We don't see your chats with listed people — those are direct.
Please don't send us sensitive data (e.g. health, religion).
Who else sees data
Service providers that run the site: Wix (hosting), Google (analytics/email), Meta (WhatsApp).
Data may be stored on servers outside Thailand.
Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
See and get a copy of your data
Correct it
Delete it, or ask us to stop using it
Object, or move it elsewhere
Withdraw consent at any time
Complain to Thailand's PDPC: https://www.pdpc.or.th

Security
Limited access, two-step verification and HTTPS.
If a risky data breach happens, we tell the PDPC within 72 hours where feasible, and tell you if the risk is high.

This site is for adults 21+ only. We don't knowingly collect data from minors and delete it if found.
If this policy changes, we update the date on this page.
